THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE – A women only tour
Date:| 8th – 13th of Juni 2026
Duration: 6 days/5 nights
Focus: culture, history & shopping
Price: €1120,-
On a journey of discovery in Andalusia, an area under Muslim rule in the Middle Ages, Chica travel takes you to the three most authentic cities in Andalusia that you should definitely see. The Alhambra in Granada, the Mezquita in Cordoba, the splendor of Seville, are undoubtedly the most important cultural attractions of southern Spain. Eating delicious tapas in the narrow cobble stoned streets of Granada, an evening visit of the Alhambra, a fiery flamenco show in the gypsy district of Seville, shop till you drop in Spanish designer shops, drinking cocktails on the hippest roof terrace in Cordoba, and an abundance of beautiful Moorish architecture during your stay in Seville are the ingredients for this varied and flamboyant short break.
Really enjoyed my trip with Chica Travel. I chose the ‘Golden Triangle’ (Seville, Cordoba, Malaga). It was a gift to myself. From the moment I was in Seville, I felt the passion of the city. The program was very diverse, but I never felt rushed, because our hosts had arranged everything down to the last detail. The atmosphere in the group was nice and the hosts felt exactly what was needed. I am sure I will book more trips with Chica Travel. Thanks hosts Gwen and Anabel

Itinerary
This is what you can expect:

Highlights

DAY 1
Seville

Individual arrival at Seville airport and check into hotel (from 3 p.m.). Our hotel is centrally located. After you have freshened up, it is easy to get a first impression of Seville with its grand squares, impressive architecture, narrow streets full of nice shops and boutiques and more. In the evening we meet at the hotel to get to know each other and we start the evening with a tapas route along the lively bars of Seville.
DAY 2
Seville

Today starts with a bit of culture during a fun bike tour. We will pass the well-known and lesser-known highlights and sights in the old center of Seville. Our guide takes us to Plaza Espana, Parque Maria Louisa, Las Setas, the former Jewish district of Santa Cruz, but also the traditional and artistic Triana district across the Rio Guadalvivir. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure. You might want to visit the inside of the Giralda, have a nice lunch at one of Seville’s many lively squares and stroll endlessly along the many boutiques to replenish your wardrobe with that one missing designer item. In the evening we will ‘warm up’ with a passionate flamenco show in the gypsy district of Triana. If desired, we can end the evening with a joint dinner and mingle amongst the Sevillano’s.

DAY 3
Córdoba

After breakfast we will travel with the high-speed train to Cordoba, famous for the Mezquita and its historic center declared a UNESCO heritage. After we have brought our suitcases to the hotel, there is free time to stroll through the small streets of Cordoba and breathe in the scents of the flowery city gardens. Especially in spring you can smell the jasmine and orange blossom everywhere. After lunch (Spaniards have lunch between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM) we visit the world-famous Mezquita accompanied by a local guide. Afterwards we will enjoy a delicious cocktail on the hippest rooftop in Cordoba and you can decide to dine together or discover Cordoba’s culinary hotspots individually or in small groups.
DAY 4
Granada

After breakfast we take the high-speed train again to Granada, the city of the magical Alhambra. After arriving at the hotel, you will have a tour of Granada´s Jewish quarter and enjoy tea and sweet Arabic treats in one of the many Teteria’s for which the old city is famous. In the evening we go to the Alhambra for an evening tour accompanied by a local guide. A mystical experience you will never forget. The evening can end with delicious tapas that are served free with every drink in the province of Granada.

DAY 5
Granada/Seville

Today we start the day with relaxation in the hammam, doing nothing at all and completely unwind. After lunch we leave again for Seville where we spend the night so that everyone is on time for their flight home. In the evening there is plenty of opportunity to plan an additional activity, such as a wine tasting, flamenco workshop or a rooftop tour.
DAY 6
Goodbye & departure

Unfortunately, our time together has come to an end. After breakfast we say goodbye to our fellow chica’s and everyone departs to the airport. Travel time to the airport is 15 minutes. (collective) transport to the airport can be arranged.
